How It Works?

Step 1

To start exchanging on the dualcoin.io website, select the currency you want to send in the 'You Send' field on the left and the currency you want to receive in the 'You Receive' field on the right. Click the 'Start Exchange' button.

Step 2

On the next page, enter the address to which the currency you have selected will be sent. On the left side of the same page, you will find a unique transaction identifier (ID) for this transaction. If you encounter any issues with the transaction, you will need this ID to contact customer support. Please carefully review the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" documents. If you agree to the terms, check the corresponding box, double-check all the details, and click "Start Transaction."

Step 3

Now your transaction is initiated. On the same page, you will find a wallet address to which you need to send the currency you want to exchange. This address is reserved for this transaction for 12 hours, during which you must send the funds. After this time, the address stops being reserved, and any received funds will be returned to the sender's address. Additionally, after 12 hours of reservation, this address may be provided to other users for exchanges. Never send funds to an address received within the scope of one request again.

Step 4

Once we receive your currencies, our service will automatically exchange them through trusted liquidity providers and send them to the address you provided. If you chose the floating rate option, the exchange rate will not be fixed, so the service's calculator will display only the expected rate. This rate does not include the providers' sending fees. Due to the high volatility of the cryptocurrency market, you may receive more or less than the amount indicated in the calculator.
